This small group study invites you to move beyond routine and rediscover the meaning behind the rhythms of your faith. Using Growing Through the Motions: Living Your Faith with Intention by Fr. Mike Schmitz, participants will explore how everyday practices, especially the Mass, can become powerful encounters with God rather than habits we simply repeat.
Across four short, engaging chapters, this study helps uncover the “why” behind what we do as Catholics, offering practical ways to live with greater purpose and intentionality. Each session includes guided discussion, reflection questions, prayer, and real-life challenges designed to deepen your relationship with the Lord in both ordinary moments and sacred liturgy.
Whether you’re feeling stuck in routine or simply longing to grow, this group provides a welcoming space to reconnect, reflect, and be renewed in your faith alongside others.

Married couples are invited to join an 8-week small‑group study of Love & Respect by Dr. Emerson Eggerichs, a Scripture‑based resource centered on Ephesians 5:33. This study explores how authentic love and mutual respect—rooted in Christ—can transform marriage and break cycles of conflict.
Through guided discussion and reflection, couples will gain practical tools to deepen communication, strengthen unity, and grow in their vocation of marriage in harmony with Catholic teaching on sacramental love and self‑gift. Open to couples of all stages of marriage.

Do you find it easy to pray? Do you hear God’s voice in your daily life and know how to respond? For most of us the answer is no, and we struggle to find even a few minutes every day to pray. The good news is that you can overcome these difficulties. Oremus teaches you the essentials of an effective and fruitful prayer life. Over eight weeks you will learn the simple yet profound steps of Catholic prayer. Following Church Tradition and the wisdom of the saints, you will learn to talk to God and hear his voice in Scripture, in your heart, and in ordinary moments. You will become more aware of his close presence, will learn to overcome distractions and dryness, and will recognize desolation and consolation as normal prayer experiences. As you grow closer to God, you will also grow in your relationship with those around you.

Rooted and Radiant was written for any woman who wants to live her life grounded in Jesus Christ. In this Bible study, we learn the book of Colossians verse by verse as we seek to understand the challenges that faced the Colossians, recognizing that they are remarkably similar to our own challenges today.
Through this Bible study, we dive deep into understanding who Jesus is and what that means for us. We learn how to abide in the wisdom of Christ to navigate the ever-increasing demands and messages of our culture, and what it means to live in the freedom of Christ and how to continually set our minds on Him.
Rooted and Radiant is ideal if you want to...Know Jesus as He is
Know how to stay faithful in the middle of a culture that is constantly telling you that Christ is not enough
Know how to sift through the modern messages that are being thrown at you
Be able to compare the glamour of the world to the infinite value of “being in Christ”
In a world increasingly plagued with confusion and chaos, you are invited to encounter the God of clarity and peace. Let Christ reveal Himself to you as He truly is and transform you into the woman that our world so desperately needs.

Join us for a small group study of Why We Worship by Brant Pitre. Together, we’ll explore the biblical roots of the Mass and discover how worship connects us to the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. Through discussion, reflection, and prayer, this group will help deepen our understanding of the Eucharist and renew our appreciation for the beauty and meaning of Catholic worship. No prior study experience is needed, just a desire to grow in faith and community.

Understand, Live, and share your faith. Unite with us on a spiritual journey that will transform you into the image and likeness of Jesus.
Come, Lord Jesus! is a program based on Prayer, Scripture, Eucharist, and Fellowship as in Acts 2:42. (“They devoted themselves to the teaching of the apostles and to fellowship, to the breaking of the bread and to the prayers.”) This program evangelizes its members in small faith communities the way Jesus did. Members meet weekly to reflect upon and discuss the Sunday Scripture readings following an unparalleled spiritual process. The rich content is filled with scriptural passages motivating spiritual growth, love for Jesus, and His word. Developed in 1969 by Father Conley Bertrand, a Catholic priest in the Diocese of Lafayette, this program is modeled after Jesus and the Early Church.Contact: Patrice Williams

Feed your mind, body, and spirit. God calls us to pray without ceasing, so why not include Him in your workout. Our exercise can have a higher purpose when our motivation comes from God and our effort is being offered to Him.
We will start and end with a prayer. The workout will consist of a full body dance aerobic workout to Christian music, a short ab workout, and stretching.
You do not need to have any experience to join. Come be a part of this uplifting group!
