Entrance Hymn: The Church’s One Foundation

The Church's one foundation is Jesus Christ her Lord; She is His new creation by water and the Word: From heav'n He came and sought her to be His holy Bride; With His own blood He bought her, and for her life He died.

Elect from every nation, yet one o'er all the earth, Her charter of salvation, one Lord, one faith, one birth; One holy Name she blesses, partakes one holy food, And to one hope she presses, with every grace endued.

'Mid toil and tribulation, and tumult of her war, She waits the consummation of peace for evermore; Till, with the vision glorious, her longing eyes are blest, And the great Church victorious shall be the Church at rest.

Offertory Hymn: Church of God, Elect and Glorious

Church of God, elect and glorious, holy nation, chosen race; called as God’s own special people, royal priests and heirs of grace: know the purpose of your calling, show to all God’s mighty deeds; tell of love which knows no limits, grace which meets all human needs.

God has called you out of darkness into his most marvelous light; brought his truth to life within you, turned your blindness into sight. Let your light so shine around you that God’s name is glorified; and all find fresh hope and purpose in Christ Jesus crucified.

Once you were an alien people, strangers to God’s heart of love; but he brought you home in mercy, citizens of Heaven above. Let his love flow out to others, let them feel a Father’s care;

that they too may know his welcome and his countless blessings share.

Church of God, elect and holy, be the people he intends; strong in faith and swift to answer

each command your master sends: royal priests, fulfil your calling through your sacrifice and prayer; give your lives in joyful service, sing his praise, his love declare.

Communion Hymn: We are Many Parts

(Refrain) We are many parts, we are all one body. And the gifts we have we are given to share.

May the Spirit of love, make us one indeed. One, the love that we share; one, our hope in despair, one, the cross that we bear.

God of all, we look to you, we would be your servants true, let us be your love to all the world. (To Refrain)

So my pain is pain for you, in your joy is my joy too, all is brought together in the Lord! (To Refrain)

All you seekers great and small, seek the greatest gift of all if you love then you will know the Lord! (To Refrain)

Recessional Hymn: America the Beautiful

Oh, beautiful for spacious skies, For amber waves of grain, For purple mountain majesties Above the fruited plain. America! America! God shed his grace on thee, And crown thy good with brotherhood From sea to shining sea.

Oh, beautiful for pilgrim feet, Whose stern, impassioned stress A thoroughfare of freedom beat across the wilderness! America! America! God mend thine ev’ry flaw, Confirm thy soul in self-control, Thy liberty in law.

O beautiful for heroes proved in liberating strife, who more than self their country loved, and mercy more than life. America! America! May God thy gold refine, till all success be nobleness and every grain divine.

O beautiful for patriot dream that sees beyond the years thine alabaster cities gleam, undimmed by human tears! America! America! God shed his grace on thee, and crown thy good with brotherhood from sea to shining sea.
