Entrance Hymn: We Gather Together

We gather together to ask the Lord's blessing; he chastens and hastens his will to make known.The wicked oppressing now cease from distressing. Sing praises to his name, he forgets not his own.

Beside us to guide us, our God with us joining, Whose kingdom calls all to the love which endures. So from the beginning the fight we were winning; You, Lord, were at our side; all glory be yours!

We all do extol you, our leader triumphant, and pray that you still our defender will be. Let your congregation escape tribulation; your name be ever praised! O Lord, make us free!

Offertory Hymn: Christians Let Us Love One Another

Christians let us love one another as we share the true living bread. Jesus is our God and our brother; with his flesh and blood we are fed.

(Refrain)Everyone who lives is born of God Jesus is our life, God is love.

We who break this bread are one body, we who share this cup are all one. Children of our Father in heaven, we are heirs of God’s only Son. (To Refrain)

We who eat and drink at this table die and rise again with our Lord. Drawing from our rock living water giv’n to all who thirst for accord. (To Refrain)

Wheat and grape incarnate a mystery; Jesus is the true living bread. Let us eat with joy and thanksgiving, trusting in the word he has said. (To Refrain)

Jesus is the vine, we the branches; we are grains of wheat, Christ the bread. Those who eat this bread live forever, one with Christ our Lord and our head.(To Refrain)

Communion Hymn: How Great Thou Art

Oh Lord, my God, when I in awesome wonder consider all the worlds Thy hands have made, I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder Thy power throughout the universe displayed.

We gather together in the love of Christ; let each one be glad in him and rejoice. Our God is alive, the God of love is near; so love one another with heart sincere. (To Refrain)

We, the many become one body as the Spirit binds, and we seek to be one in Christ and one in heart and mind. Let all quarrels, all division, all our conflict cease; then will Christ truly dwell among us as our Lord of Peace. (To Refrain)

Then, joined with the blessed, filled with hope and grace, dear Lord, in great glory may we see your face. Our joy none can measure, joy that knows no end, resounding from endless age to age. Amen. (To Refrain)

Recessional Hymn: How Can I Keep from Singing

My life flows on in endless song; Above earth’s lamentation. I hear the real though far off hymn that hails a new creation.

(Refrain) No storm can shake my inmost calm, while to that rock I’m clinging. Since love is Lord of heaven and earth, how can I keep from singing?
