Entrance Hymn: Praise My Soul the King of Heaven
Praise, my soul, the King of heaven; to His feet thy tribute bring; ransomed, healed, restored, forgiven, evermore his praises sing: Alleluia! Alleluia! Praise the everlasting King.
Praise Him for His grace and favor to his children, in distress; Praise Him still the same as ever, slow to chide, and swift to bless. Alleluia! Alleluia! Glorious in His faithfulness.
Father-like He tends and spares us; well our feeble frame He knows; In His hands He gently bears us, rescues us from all our foes. Alleluia! Alleluia! Widely yet His mercy flows.
Offertory Hymn: Christians Let Us Love One Another
Christians let us love one another as we share the true living bread. Jesus is our God and our brother; with his flesh and blood we are fed.
(Refrain)Everyone who lives is born of God Jesus is our life, God is love.
We who break this bread are one body, we who share this cup are all one. Children of our Father in heaven, we are heirs of God’s only Son. (To Refrain)
We who eat and drink at this table die and rise again with our Lord. Drawing from our rock living water giv’n to all who thirst for accord. (To Refrain)
On the path of life we may falter, earthly food alone leaves us weak; Always you invite from the altar, “Hungry souls their food here must seek.” (To Refrain)
Wheat and grape incarnate a mystery; Jesus is the true living bread. Let us eat with joy and thanksgiving, trusting in the word he has said. (To Refrain)
Jesus is the vine, we the branches; we are grains of wheat, Christ the bread. Those who eat this bread live forever, one with Christ our Lord and our head.(To Refrain)
Communion Hymn: We Have Been Told
(Refrain) We have been told. We've seen his face and heard his voice alive in our hearts. Live in my love with all your heart. As the Father has loved me, so I have loved you.
I am the vine; you are the branches, and all who live in me will bear great fruit.(To Refrain)
You are my friends, if you keep my commands, no longer slaves; I call you friends.(To Refrain)
No greater love is there than this: to lay down one's life for a friend. (To Refrain)
Recessional Hymn: Sing With All the Saints in Glory
Sing with all the saints in glory, Sing the resurrection song! Death and sorrow, earth’s dark story, to the former days belong. All around the clouds are breaking, soon the storms of time shall cease; In God’s likeness people waking, know the everlasting peace.
Oh, what glory, far exceeding all that eye has yet perceived! Holiest hearts for ages pleading, never that full joy conceived. God has promised Christ prepares it, there on high our welcome waits; Every humble spirit shares it, Christ has passed the eternal gates.
Life eternal heaven rejoices: Jesus lives who once was dead; Join with all the heavenly voices; Child of God, lift up your head! Patriarchs from distant ages, saints all longing for their heaven, prophets, psalmists, seers, and sages, all await the glory given.
