| On Monday, August 4th, Fr. Louie hosted the St. Cecilia teachers and staff at the rectory for an evening of fun and food, sharing summer stories and good times. The teachers were treated to some light refreshments, then a delicious meal of Chicken Spaghetti Casserole, Caesar Salad, Garlic Bread….and…. FR. LOUIE’S FAMOUS AMARETTO COCONUT CHEESECAKE. Sr. Carm, Fr. Keith, Linda Champagne lent a hand for the evening, along with Fr. Louie’s English Golden Retriever – Millie – who gave a lick or two to some favorite teachers! |
